Gambar
CREAM CHEESE LEMONADE BLACKBERRY CREPES Crepes are so delicious and these cream cheese lemonade blackberry crepes are super delish too! If you are a lover of lemon, and you are a lover of blackberries, then you are going to love these crepes. Crepes are pretty simple to make. One of the tricks is to make sure to swirl the crepe batter around in the pan covering the entire bottom with a very thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes and then flip over and cook for an additional minute or so. Place each crepe on a plate until all crepes are made and let cool. SO DELICIOUS To assemble the cream cheese lemonade blackberry crepes, first, take a cooled, thin crepe and spread cream cheese lemonade filling over the entire crepe. Next, spoon blackberry filling on top of the lemonade filling and roll up. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and continue making and rolling until all crepes have been filled with the delicious cream cheese lemonade filling and blackberry filling. If you have any lemonade and blackb...

CRANBERRY BLISS BARS {STARBUCKS COPYCAT RECIPE}

Gambar
CRANBERRY BLISS BARS {STARBUCKS COPYCAT RECIPE} Cranberry Bliss Bars – a homemade version of the popular Starbucks treat! These taste just like the original, and are easy to make right at home! Y’ALL! I am so so SO excited to share this recipe with you today! It’s been a labor of love for the past few weeks. At this point I’d say my family is pretty cranberry-bliss-bar-d out, but I wasn’t ready to throw in the towel until I got them just right. With some little tweaks made to each batch, I finally did it! I even set up a side-by-side taste test with a bar purchased from my local Starbucks and these taste just the same, if not better! I find these to be slightly more chewy in texture, which I actually prefer! The real game changer is the orange extract. A little goes a long way, but it really gives these bars that authentic flavor. Don’t leave it out! Today I’m also excited because my husband and I have a ball to go to tonight! It’s been a few years since our last military ball, so I’ve...

Gambar
EPIC CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER MILKSHAKES These are no ordinary milkshakes—these are Epic Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshakes! They’re rich and creamy, and topped with an amazing selection of goodies like cookies, candy, whipped cream, and even a cupcake! This month, I’m partnering with Hershey’s to share some fun, family-friendly recipes using Hershey’s Simply 5 Syrup. If you missed the first installment, STOP what you’re doing and run (or whatever the computer equivalent of that is) to check out the Doughnut Ice Cream Sundaes from a few weeks ago! They are the stuff sugar dreams are made of. I mean, toasted crispy doughnuts and slightly melting ice cream, smothered in chocolate, cherries, and whipped cream… *Homer Simpson drool* But back to today’s recipe inspiration. Hershey’s Simply 5 Syrup is an update on the classic Hershey’s Syrup we all grew up with. It contains just 5 simple ingredients, and there are lots of things it does NOT contain, like GMO ingredients, high fructose corn sy...

How To Make Healthy Black Bean Brownies

Gambar
How To Make Healthy Black Bean Brownies I have a bit of an obsession with finding recipes that sneakily swap in good-for-you ingredients. Chocolate muffins made with beets? I’m there. Blondies with chickpeas baked in? Sign me up. So I was psyched when I came across this black bean brownie recipe on one of my favorite food blogs, Laura Lea Balanced. The recipe couldn’t be easier: Combine seven simple ingredients in a food processor or blender, dump them in a pan, add chocolate chips (because of course), then bake for 50 minutes. Done. “My absolute favorite way to eat them is warmed up with a drizzle of almond butter and a scoop of Nadamoo vanilla ice cream, but I’ve also enjoyed them in a breakfast bowl with yogurt, granola, and fresh berries,” says Laura Lea. Brownies for breakfast? Now that’s my kind of girl. Visit Laura Lea Balanced or see below for the full recipe. Happy baking! Ingredients 1 15 ounce can unsalted black beans (organic if possible), drained and rinsed thoroughly ...
